My biggest complaint is food temperatures. Foods normally served hot are usually room temperature because they sit out unheated for too long. Cold foods are not kept cold. For example, the recent much looked forward to root beer floats were made with room temperature cans of root beer so the ice cream melted before we got back to our seats. The nachos were so so because the beef, beans and queso were not kept warm. Same for the breakfast nachos. Foods would be much more enjoyable if kept at the proper temperatures. For the many dog owners, a covered doggy waste area for rainy weather near a building exit with a covered walkway would be much appreciated. Neither we humans nor our dogs like getting soaked especially in cold weather. It should probably be an area with a gravel floor for easy pickup and disposal of waste. Thank you.

Work was completed promptly the day the request was made. However, when a resident suggests making an appointment, maintenance should call to schedule a day/time, or to ask if it is convenient to come immediately, but not just show up with no notice. Thanks.

I have lived here a little over a month….I was strongly opposed to apartment living. I don’t think I can properly describe how absolutely incredible Mera Craig Ranch is. Everything I was told by the staff when I came to tour the apartments, was NOT a sales pitch. It was 100% truth. The facility itself is gorgeous. The apartments are beautiful. The staff is always there for you. The residents are friendly. I won’t elaborate anymore. HOWEVER, if you are 55+ and want an amazing place to live, come pay a visit. Guaranteed ~ you will not be disappointed! Promise🤩

We’ve enjoyed the community feel at Mera. Folks are friendly and you can tell they genuinely enjoy each others company whether it be the daily social events or outdoor intimate gatherings. Staff (Christine, Tonya, Tracilynn & Jordon) have been attentive with any questions and great to work with. I waited a couple of months to review just to make sure of accuracy in assessment. Think it’s worth coming by and checking place out if your looking for 55+ community.

First I want to say how wonderful the staff was to me when I came for a tour. Helpful, attentive and so sympathetic to my needs. Just to name a few were Jordan Nash, Tanya, Tracilynn, and Christina. They all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The grounds, the rooms and the staff at Mera Craig Ranch are excellent. I highly recommend anyone 55 and older looking for a lovely, safe and comfortable place to live, Mera Craig Ranch is definitely the one.

I checked out these apartments for my dad who is not local. Jordan was the leasing agent who briefed me on all the options and gave us a tour. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me and my 1 year old who was along for the ride. The apartments were incredibly clean and had so many cool amenities to offer. Mostly we were impressed with Jordan, though, as he went above and beyond to make sure we got all the info we needed and was extremely accommodating. He also knew every single residents name that we happened to encounter along the way. You can tell he truly cares to do a good job and make everyone feel at home. Thanks again, Jordan!!

The high level of concern and care of the staff members for their residents is something we don’t find much these days. All the staff are top notch and the facilities are on the level of a resort. We’ve been here only a short while but are surprised by something way cool every day. We love it here!

I was blown away by this property. I have been visiting communities in the area for my step-mom, and I now can’t imagine her living anywhere else when the time comes. Amanda was so helpful and understanding of our situation, and from a brief interaction that I witnessed, I could see that she really cares for the residents, and they for her. That speaks volumes to me and makes me confident in recommending it to people I care about.

After 3 months of living at this property, I can truly say that it is the best community that I have lived in! The team ticks all of the boxes. The front office staff has been warm, accommodating, and professional at every step. Our maintenance team steps up at every occasion and are quick and efficient in addressing concerns with residents. Perhaps the best part about living here is the opportunity to get to meet our neighbors and foster relationships throughout the week. We have enjoyed karaoke nights, potlucks, and celebrations that have brought the community together and made us a family! If you are considering this community, look no further! I was helping my mom find a cost-friendly apartment that still had life and community—and we found it here! The apartment itself is beautiful, full of natural light, and comes with nice appliances. The staff were incredibly helpful during our tour and made the whole process easy to navigate. My mom has been living here since May and she absolutely loves it. There are plenty of activities, great communication from the office, and—her favorite part—the other residents are so kind and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with both comfort and connection, I’d highly recommend stopping by for a tour. You won’t regret it!

I must admit all of the staff members are very professional and knowledgeable. This has been one the best 55+ Active Adult community that I have visited. Great amenities. I have been living here for a month now and absolutely love it here. I moved from out of state and the ladies in the leasing office were fantastic. The community here is wonderful, the people are so loving and warm. I feel right at home here. The events are engaging and they are continually having different events with food and entertainment. It's hard to be bored here because there is so much to do. I absolutely love my apartment, the cabinets are white and the light wood floors. The attention to detail in the way they designed the apartment, tons of storage and top of the line appliances. I am very happy with my decision to move

I toured this facility with my wife and wow, I was really impressed. Great amenities. A lady named Tonya showed us around and we felt very comfortable with her. She really knows her stuff. Out of the other communities we’ve seen this , by far, is at the top of my list to consider.

My grandmother is moving to the area, and we decided to give Mera at Craig Ranch a try. This place fully sold my grandmother since they offer a small yard and direct access to her vehicle. There's only a few left, so we applied the same day! We can't wait for her to move down and the unit is GORGEOUS.
